Bugs happen. We're happy to help when things go wrong. We recommend following the steps below to first see if you can get the software running properly again on your own.
- Refresh the page, and click the bookmarklet again.
- Go to the Settings tab and click the "Confirm all data" button, and then wait for the spinner in the top right to stop spinning. This may take several minutes -- Book Report is reconfirming all the data in your account.
- Email us at email@example.com and tell us what's going on. The best bug report emails explain what's happening, what you think should be happening instead, and any theories you have about what could be causing the issue.
We try to keep Book Report as bug free as possible, so we're always happy to receive reports of new bugs. Better for us to know about it so we can get it fixed!
